Cycle, walk, roller blade, run, or horseback ride along the 55 kilometre Galloping Goose Regional Trail through downtown Victoria to Sooke. There are many places along the trail to stop and enjoy a refreshment, picnic, or scenic photo opportunity.

Stroll along one of the amazing stretches of beach that border Victoria on all sides. Run a race – the Time Colonist 10K is a favourite with locals and visitors alike! Annually in April. Get out on the water – sail, surf, fish, swim!
